Cancellations

If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

You will be contacted by the hotel and will be required to give an additional credit card deposit before your arrival for weekend or Christmas bookings which is refundable within 14 days of your departure.

Please note that full payment will be taken from your credit card prior to arrival. Payment by Amex or Diners card is subject to a non-refundable 3% transaction fee.
